Turn Over a New Page with OneBook…

OneBook is a small Canadian charity with a big heart and an even bigger vision. Part of the Wycliffe Global Alliance, we want every person on earth to experience God’s Word in the language they understand best and be transformed forever. We believe this ministry happens best through locally-led language development, Bible translation, and mother-tongue literacy initiatives alongside life-changing community development programs. Currently, OneBook is engaged in ongoing projects serving 40 language communities in seven countries across Africa and Asia. Since inception in 2009, our project teams have dedicated the New Testament (and one full Bible) in 50 minority languages. Our work is impacting more than 150 language communities and counting.

You Are: A creative thinker driven to turn ideas into action, tracking the details along the way and making sure all the Is are dotted and all the Ts are crossed. You know how to communicate complex ideas in a way that touches people’s hearts. You love to tell engaging stories. From inception to completion, you will design, write, coordinate and implement marketing initiatives and donor communications to support OneBook’s Development programs and initiatives.

We Are: A small but mighty team of Canadian staff committed to the mission of OneBook and passionate about our work. We believe in teamwork, trust, respect, and that we are all servant leaders. OneBook offers a 4-day work week with Fridays off and hybrid options, but we think you’ll love us so much you’ll look forward to collaborative days in the office!

Together, We’ll Be: A passionate, close-knit communications team adept at telling the OneBook story, and the stories of the people we serve, across a variety of mediums. Within a lean marketing budget, we will deliver highly engaging, authentic communications pieces that nurture current donors and invite new people to invest in the OneBook mission.
