The Pinyin language project is located in the breathtaking northwestern valleys of Cameroon. The team recently finished translating the New Testament and now awaits the important detailed checking by a translation consultant. That will be followed by typesetting and printing, with the goal of completion in the next two years. In the meantime, the team has begun work on the Old Testament, and is focusing on literacy training within their community. They know that the ability to read and write is the key for people to use the Scripture in their daily lives.
